Jason Lewis, M.D.

Jason Lewis, MD, a highly trained physician with 15 years of clinical experience, specializes in anesthesiology and pain medicine. After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville, he completed a general surgery internship there. Following his anesthesia residency, he completed a fellowship in pain medicine. Dr. Lewis has served on the faculty in the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Louisville. He is a diplomate of the Board of Anesthesia and holds memberships with numerous professional organizations, including the American Society of Anesthesia, the American Medical Association, the Kentucky Society of Anesthesia, Kentucky Medical Association, and the Greater Louisville Medical Society.
